How Connection Touches My Life

How Connection Touches My Life

I’m allowing myself to feel how connected I am to everyone.

No matter where we live, how we live, what we look like, how we choose to act or how we choose to spend our time, we’re connected.  We feel what each other is creating in any moment.  Every choice I make has an effect on others.  And what I receive in return.

I notice what beneficial or not so beneficial effect I have, depending on my choices.   This is how connection touches my life.

How Connection Touches My Life

Expand that idea to all of mankind.

Choosing to put myself first simply means I’m taking responsibility for what I create.  Sometimes I do a big face plant and try again.  My life is so much more enjoyable because I live with the belief that it’s about how I think, speak, feel, and act.  And then there’s the connection I feel to something that’s seemingly invisible.  Where it begins and I end I couldn’t say.  But I get to benefit from something that’s loving, helpful, supportive and even humorous.  It encourages me to go a bit further than I think I can.

When I make enough time for myself doing what I love, I’m allowing for that connection to more easily come through.

It’s always with me in any case, but it’s easier for me to hear and feel the wisdom and assistance when I create a space for it.

To me, at this point, I feel that connection comes from within me and I’m grateful for whatever comes from it.
