Refund policy

There is a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.  

Any discounted item is a final sale and ineligible for a return.

To be eligible for a return, you must first request the return by emailing info@saradoolittle.com.  Items returned to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it in and re-packaged in its original packaging. 

You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. 

A return label should have been included with the artwork.  If not, I will provide you with a return address and further shipping instructions.  It's highly recommended that you use tracking for the item you are returning.

Allow one to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card.
