This soft, bright abstract painting, "Quiet Radiance", is a study in orange, enriched by subtle shifts in yellow tones and tidbits of red shades. It evolved through many versions, each layer a response to what came before.
It's simple, soft, and bright. Some marks and shapes were covered beneath new layers, while others remain to bring balance and unity to the composition.
